We’re Specialists - We are a niche agency providing selected self-catering holiday accommodation and other furnished property for both short and long term stays.  We operate exclusively in the False Bay area of Cape Town, which includes Fish Hoek with its’ famous family friendly beach, Kalk Bay with its’ fishing village ambience and Simon’s Town with stunning vistas in all directions. The area is also well-know for whale watching (July to November).

We’re Proactive - Our philosophy is to provide top-notch service to all our property owners and tenants.  We answer mails without delay. We are proactive in our approach. If we haven’t got a suitable property on our books, we’ll do our very best to find one.  We network extensively with other like-minded agencies to get a result for you. If we say we’ll do something, we will do it and we’ll do it on time.  If we snooze we loose!

We’re Ethical - You want to know that you are in the hands of professionals.  We know our areas inside out. We are registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and hold the necessary Fidelity Fund Certificates. Your funds are held in a correctly designated trust account, which is audited annually.  Any agent that does not meet these criteria has no legal right to earn commission on a let.
